Episode 1b: Gastronomnicon

The newly regenerated Trollop goes back to the TARDIS. Suffering from post-regeneration trauma, he only narrowly manages to save the ship from destruction as it plunges back towards the bowels of the League Two galaxy.

He then seeks sanctuary in the peaceful domain of Lennie Bennett, a 1980's TV comedian with spectacular hair and cheeky grin.

In between performing lamentable one liners on retro TV shows like Punch Lines, Lennie says he will assist the Trollop in steadying the TARDIS. After some initial success they discover that it is an illusory, dimensionally paradoxical trap set for them by the Master. Previously a transdimensional being intent on ridding the TARDIS of Doctor Whoof? the Master has warped with the effects of radioactive fumes into the shadowy presence of Doctor Whoof? himself. (Isn't it great what you can do with sci-fi!)

The Trollop eventually wins the day with the help of Lennie Bennett and the people of the Memorial who, although also part of the Master's creation, are at last able to exercise free will, stop staring at the sky for projectiles and do battle in their preferred fight-mode.
